Cloud for Good is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead Salesforce implementations for State and Local Government clients. You will drive discovery, requirements, user stories, and QA across multiple Cloud environments while coordinating with architects, developers, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have SLG domain knowledge, PSS experience, and a proven track record on fixed-price projects, including scope management and ensuring on-time delivery.

Responsabilités

Senior Business Analyst – SLG in the USA

Cloud for Good is seeking experienced technology professionals to lead Salesforce implementation projects with State and Local Government organizations. Successful candidates will be highly experienced in deploying Salesforce solutions and ideally have SLG industry and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) experience.

To be successful on client projects, Business Analysts will have strong Salesforce implementation knowledge across a variety of Clouds and/or functionalities. They will also have strong consulting skills, such as time management, documentation, and collaboration. Because most of the work of the Business Analyst is client-facing, communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people are particularly important. The ability to collaborate with peers and clients to prioritize and align on solutions is also critical for success.

Location:Virtual: Home-based office in the US or Canada

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Strong Salesforce implementation knowledge
• Demonstrated success as the lead Business Analyst on a project larger than $300k
• Experience leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and writing user stories
• Strong consulting skills, including project and time management, communication, and teamwork/collaboration
• Industry knowledge of State and Local Governments
• Experience working on fixed-fee (fixed-price) projects, including supporting scope definition and change control within a fixed budget
• Scrum certification an asset or experience leading teams in an Agile environment
• Proventrack recordof continuously improving organizations
• Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) experience is preferred

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate knowledge of Public Sector Salesforce Solutions products and features
• Lead implementation solutions in multiple Clouds and conduct proactive QA on the team’s solutions
• Show a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Deliver project assignments on time with excellence

Additional Responsibilities

• Contribute to the ongoing growth and improvement of the business analysis tools and practices of Cloud for Good
• Provide feedback to CFG leadership on how the company can improve

• Travel Requirements
  • All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 30% annually. • Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings.
