• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Evaluate and improve processes to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Manage initiatives from discovery to development, testing, implementation, and adoption.
• Coordinate with Salesforce and other technology teams to deliver system enhancements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage timelines, risks, and communications.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and change management.
• Identify opportunities to use automation, AI, and emerging tech to improve operations and customer experience.
• Serve as business analyst and project lead for customer experience, process, and technology improvements.
