Job summary

Westinghouse is seeking a Business Analyst-Level 3 in Houston, TX for a 1-year contract (W-2). You will lead discovery sessions, document processes, and coordinate with Salesforce and technology teams to deliver enhancements. Strong experience in business analysis, project management, and process improvement is required.

Familiarity with AI and technology implementations is a plus. You will report to the onsite Manager and support user testing, training, and change management while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process optimization, data governance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and AI is beneficial.

• Leads discovery sessions to identify needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Documents current-state and future-state processes, workflows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Coordinates with Salesforce and other technology teams to deliver system enhancements.
• Supports user acceptance testing, issue resolution, training, and change management activities.
• Identifies opportunities to use automation, artificial intelligence, and new technologies to improve operations and customer experience.
• Lead business analyst and project lead for customer experience, process, and technology improvements.
• Collaborate with partners to identify needs, document and evaluate current processes, recommend improvements, define requirements, and manage projects through implementation.

About the role

Location: Houston, Texas 77002

We are looking for a Business Analyst-Level 3 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You will have experience in business analysis, project management, process improvement, and technology implementation. Familiarity with artificial intelligence is beneficial. Your role will involve Salesforce enhancements. You are familiar with Salesforce and comfortable coordinating with administrators, developers, and partners. You will also support other technology platforms, requiring technical skills for new systems. You will report to the onsite Manager. No direct reports.
