Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned requirements analyst to support the Veterans Affairs program through remote work. You will capture business needs for software development, document requirements in ALM tools, and manage the backlog with agile methods.

The role emphasizes SAFe-aligned requirements, collaboration with IT and business owners, and ensuring traceability between requirements, test cases, and user stories. A Master’s degree and federal experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Must possess a strong background in software development and SAFe methodologies.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel.
• Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in an ALM tool.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool.
• Perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team.
• Elaborate user needs to determine functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
• Gather and document requirements from customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Manage and decompose backlogs into stories with acceptance criteria.
