Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business units and IT for claims insurance projects. Remote across the U.S., rate $55–$65/hour on a W2 basis with potential contract-to-hire conversion.

You will capture requirements, facilitate IT/business meetings, and ensure solution designs meet business needs. Prior Guidewire Claims Center experience is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of business analysis experience in medium-sized initiatives.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience eliciting requirements and facilitating meetings.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with IT and business units.
• Understand business domain, processes, data, and links to create deliverables.
• Lead or participate in business process analysis to identify requirements.
• Partner with test teams to prepare testing strategies and plans mapping to requirements.
• Provide guidance for reporting documentation and how-to requirements.
• Participate in BI/BA Center of Excellence activities and follow best practices.
• Engage in all project lifecycle phases to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Define or refine business needs for new or enhanced products, services, or processes.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and consult to understand goals.
