Job summary

RESPEC, an IT consulting firm, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to own multiple project priorities for the SESS contract with Indian Health Service. You will interact with clients to resolve issues and articulate needs, applying knowledge of requirements analysis, testing, and implementation.

The role emphasizes process improvement and data-driven decision making. You will report to the RESPEC SESS Program Lead and collaborate with distributed teams on a dynamic, fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with requirements analysis and SDLC using Waterfall and Agile.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with a minimum 6 years (10 years without degree).
• IIBA CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user and stakeholder needs to determine functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collect and manage functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
• Create process and data flow diagrams and prototypes/wireframes.
• Manage product backlogs and report on requirements metrics.
• Perform detailed analysis and implement improvements across projects.
