Job summary

Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst/Manager for a 100% remote position supporting a Veterans Affairs program. The role requires strong SAFe and software development background, with proven Agile requirements management and stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elicit, document, and manage requirements throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Strong background in software development and SAFe/Scaled Agile frameworks.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
Attention to detail, customer service focus, and problem solving.
Experience conducting independent research to answer complex questions.
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; strong analytical abilities.
Proficient with Jira and ALM tools in large Agile projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Collaborate with users, IT, and leadership to document requirements in ALM tooling.
Manage requirements in ALM and perform Agile requirement management for product teams.
Perform analysis of user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
Conduct user interviews, sessions, and develop business process models and specifications.
Write and deliver project documents; manage risks and change control.
