Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services preferred.
• Proven experience eliciting, documenting, and managing complex requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and system analysis.
• Proficiency with BA tools and methodologies (UML, BPMN).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is highly desirable.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• CBAP/CCBA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, and process analysis.

• Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, and data models to represent business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units to validate requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
