Qualifications

• 5+ years of business process analysis and requirements documentation.
• Requirements gathering and documentation experience.
• Process mapping/modeling using MS Visio.
• Business and technical requirements/specifications experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data migration, testing/QA, and change/release management.
• Understanding of SDLC and system analysis/design.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct As-Is / To-Be analysis, process mapping, workflow and gap analysis.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with executives, SMEs, business units, and technical teams.
• Develop business requirements, functional/technical specifications, use cases, business rules, and process documentation.
• Create process models, workflows, context diagrams, and technical overviews using Visio.
• Support functional, regression, integration, data validation, load, and performance testing.
• Support modernization, migration, remediation, and application sunset initiatives.
• Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and analyses.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the SDLC and Agile/Hybrid lifecycle.
