Qualifications
- 8+ years of Business Analysis and requirements documentation experience.
- Proficiency in business process analysis and process mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience with SDLC and system analysis.
- Proven ability in testing, QA and data migration.
- Advanced knowledge of Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documenting business rules.
- Ability to perform As-Is / To-Be analyses and gap analysis.
- Familiarity with change and release management processes.
- Experience creating business cases and feasibility studies.
- Data analysis and performance metrics experience.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
