Responsibilities

• Support technology and operations teams by gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Document processes, assist with solution design, and support project execution.
• Create and update process flows in Visio, and produce clear SOPs and operational documentation.
• Coordinate between business partners, IT teams, and leadership.
