Job summary

LaunchCode in the Greater St. Louis area is seeking a Senior Agile Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into actionable software solutions.

This role collaborates with product owners, developers, QA, and business users to ensure value delivery across the SDLC in an Agile environment. You will author user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows, lead UAT strategies, identify gaps and risks, and bridge communication between business and technical teams.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to understand business needs
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support CRM-related initiatives, enhancements, and integrations
• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and scenarios
• Coordinate with business users during UAT and help validate solutions before production release
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help ensure delivered solutions meet both business requirements and user expectations
