Job summary

iSoftStone, a global IT services company, seeks a Senior Business Analyst/Consultant to join our team in Union City, CA, with a hybrid role in the San Francisco area. You will lead requirements elicitation, document specifications, and drive integration efforts across DAM/ CMS, PIM, and related systems.

Qualifications include 5+ years in enterprise BA work, experience with DAM/CMS/PIM, and strong stakeholder communication. Visa sponsorship is not available. Pay range: $120,000–$140,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience on enterprise software or platform implementations.
• Experience with DAM, CMS, PIM or content-operations systems.
• Ability to elicit requirements through workshops and interviews with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation skills: specs, process maps, traceability, and UAT scripts.
• Experience integrating DAM/Ecomm with product/SKU/PIM systems.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across business, creative, and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• PLM and Costing - manage product lifecycle from concept to disposal with centralized data.
• Elicit and document detailed functional requirements from stakeholders across teams.
• Define migration scope and translate audit findings into concrete rules.
• Specify integration requirements between DAM/Ecomm and adjacent systems.
• Own the requirements backlog and traceability across discovery to governance.
• Support UAT and acceptance testing against taxonomy, permissions, and integrations.
