Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to build and deliver BI and analytics products. You will maintain KPI catalogs and semantic layers, turn metrics into insights, and partner with product managers and data engineers to support decision-making across multiple modalities.

The role requires hands-on metric modeling, governance of KPIs, and strong storytelling to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
• 3+ years in BI/analytics with hands-on SQL, KPI frameworks, metrics governance, and semantic layers.
• Experience maintaining metric catalogs, KPI definitions, and analytics across multiple tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI catalog and semantic layer for consistent analytics.
• Draft KPIs and analytical questions to guide decisions and identify gaps.
• Model and validate metrics using historical data and scenario testing.
• Prioritize metrics and deliver analytics roadmaps for engineering teams.
• Gather cross-workflow analytics requirements and assess data impact.
