Job summary

City Brewing Company in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to bridge operations, supply chain, finance, and IT. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and manage scope, schedule, and risk across multiple sites.

The role requires 7+ years BA experience, BABOK knowledge, and experience with enterprise software implementations. You will mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a business analyst in IT/operations or supply chain.
Strong knowledge of IIBA/BABOK standards and techniques.
Experience supporting ERP/WMS/MES/CMMS implementations from requirements through go-live.
Ability to review vendor deliverables, SOWs, and project plans.
Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, requirements definition, and validation for technology initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
Maintain traceability from business need to design and deployment.
Develop vendor evaluation criteria and fit-gap analyses.
Plan user acceptance testing and cutover readiness.
Collaborate with plant operations, supply chain, finance, and IT teams.
