Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst in Minnesota to document business requirements and analyze problems across four or more business areas. You will manage small projects, facilitate workshops, and translate user needs into detailed functional specs.

The role requires 6–7 years in BA, strong communication skills, and experience with Agile practices and Jira. You will partner with delivery teams to test, deploy, and optimize business processes.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst role.
• College graduate with a B.S./B.A. in Information Systems or equivalent; MBA/MS is a plus.
• Ability to manage small projects up to 150 hours of effort and support multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specs.
• Perform problem analysis and support changes to business processes.
• Lead small projects (up to 150 hours) including scope, schedule, cost, and risks.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, surveys, and other techniques to gather requirements.
• Create and validate artifacts such as business cases, scope documents, and process flows.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to test, deploy solutions, and review outputs.
