Job summary

Allianz Life in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Business Analyst to partner with key stakeholders and IT/Development to analyze and deliver enhancements, document requirements, and ensure designs meet business needs. You will report to the Sr. Director of User Experience and Digital Solutions.

You will lead UAT, create readiness plans, and explore AI tools to improve processes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in financial/insurance, a Bachelor’s degree, and the right to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in financial and/or insurance industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the building business cases outlining scope and identifying stakeholders; facilitates and documents As Is, To Be and Gaps Analysis of Business processes
• Elicit, analyze and document clear, concise, detailed business requirements and ensures technical requirements & design meet and support the business needs
• Leads, plans, coordinates, and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets the business needs
• Leads and creates business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation
• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
