Job summary

Allianz Life is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst for the ALM team in Minneapolis. You will support monthly regulatory ALM analyses, run ALM models, and automate workflows while collaborating with actuarial, portfolio management, and finance teams to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

You will deepen knowledge of life insurance liabilities, asset modeling, and portfolio management implications, owning key ALM run processes and driving improvements for scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ALM or related function experience.
• Modelling experience, actuarial modelling familiarity preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and run recurring monthly regulatory ALM processes (e.g., PBR).
• Collaborate with actuarial, portfolio, and finance teams to analyze risks and provide insights.
• Develop and maintain financial and risk models and ad hoc analyses.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead automation initiatives for ALM analyses.
• Communicate insights across internal teams to support decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance modeling and automation.
