Job summary

ITProFound in Inver Grove Heights, MN, is hiring a Technical Business Analyst – AI to work with State of MN as client onsite. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and data/AI teams to translate needs into BRDs and user stories.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of business analysis experience, strong documentation skills, and practical exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, or AI-powered applications.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working on AI/ML, GenAI, or AI-enabled applications/projects.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, data flows, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with SQL and basic data analysis.
• Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support AI/ML and GenAI initiatives by documenting use cases, requirements, workflows, and expected outcomes.
