Job summary

Bristol Infrastructure Design Services, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support NAVFAC Hampton Roads, VA. The role focuses on KPI development, data visualization, and governance across SharePoint and Power Platform tools.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years in business analysis, PMP certification, and strong communication skills to coordinate with software developers and stakeholders in a decentralized or virtual environment. On-site work in Virginia is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing KPIs, optimizing processes, and producing data solutions.
• PMP certification required; strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design, deploy, and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Review data sets and visualizations to propose usability and automation improvements.
• Develop requirements, collect data, and organize unstructured information across business units.
• Create dashboards, reports, and programs tracking KPIs, labor, and budgets.
• Provide user documentation, training, and end-user support as needed.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences; manage timelines and resources.
