Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing KPIs, optimizing business processes, creating project status visualizations, and producing data collection, display, and consumption solutions.
• Experience coordinating software requirements, test plans, and QA/QC plans with software developers is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to evaluate, design, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions via SharePoint and Power Platform, including websites, dashboards, and diagrams.
• Review data sets, platforms, and visualizations to recommend improvements for usability and automation; support new tool deployments.
• Support requirements gathering, data collection, and organization of unstructured data across business units; maintain corporate information.
