Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in creating requirements for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with data management and configuration management processes.
• Experience with VBA, advanced Excel formulas, and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of work program forecasting and budgeting principles.
• Ability to communicate requirements and stakeholder needs clearly.
• Ability to manage timelines and collaborate with clients and developers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design, deploy, and maintain SharePoint/Power Platform solutions.
• Review data sets and systems to recommend usability and automation improvements.
• Support requirements gathering and manage corporate information across units.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and track action items.
• Develop dashboards and reports capturing KPIs, labor, budgets, and forecasts.
• Create user documentation and provide training and support.
• Provide technical support to stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to scope solutions and workflows.
• Support data calls, workshops, trainings, and system account management.
