Job summary

Diversified Systems is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support KOALA in a hybrid role. You will analyze business needs and drive planning, design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support for KOALA, serving as the program SME.

You will coordinate maintenance, develop detailed requirements, and help create training materials. Expertise in IT project management, BR writing, and stakeholder communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects and writing business requirements.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with CCS and Legal staff.
• Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and writing conventions.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs quickly.
• Willingness to accept direction and feedback.
• Logical, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office, Balsamiq, Azure DevOps, and SQL scripting desired.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and support planning, design, implementation, enhancement, testing, and ongoing support of the KOALA application.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for KOALA program operations.
• Coordinate KOALA maintenance and support activities with agency interests.
• Develop detailed business requirements and system documentation.
• Assist with creating KOALA user training materials with screenshots and guidance.
• Develop and execute test plans and support user acceptance testing and data preparation.
• Contribute to KOALA enhancements through the full project lifecycle.
• Build partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Fulfill data requests as needed.
