Job summary

Tiltedge Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the KOALA project for the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL). The role acts as the primary subject matter expert, guiding CCS, Legal/CRC units, the DECAL dev team, and third-party vendors.

The analyst will oversee KOALA production support, enhancements, and testing, and develop detailed business requirements and documentation for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements.
• Experience writing business requirements and managing IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure KOALA application functionality meets requirements and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for KOALA program operations.
• Coordinate KOALA maintenance and vendor activities.
• Develop detailed business requirements and system documentation.
• Assist CCS with creating KOALA training materials, including guides and screenshots.
• Develop and execute test plans and support UAT and data preparation.
• Participate in KOALA enhancement projects through full project lifecycle.
• Build collaborations with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
• Fulfill data requests as needed.
