Job summary

InstantServe LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze customer business needs and support the planning, design, and implementation of KOALA-related systems for the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL). The role serves as the primary subject matter expert and guides CCS, Legal/CRC units, the DECAL development team, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing IT projects and writing business requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with CCS and Legal staff.
• Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and writing conventions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business needs and participate in planning, design and implementation of systems.
• Serve as primary subject matter expert for KOALA program operations.
• Coordinate KOALA maintenance and support activities.
• Develop detailed business requirements and system documentation.
• Assist CCS with creating KOALA user training materials and guides.
• Develop and execute test plans; support user acceptance testing and data preparation.
• Participate in KOALA projects through full lifecycle from definition to evaluation.
• Build collaborative partnerships with internal teams and external vendors.
