Job summary

Software Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze customer business needs and participate in planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems for DECAL in Georgia.

As the KOALA SME, you will guide CCS, Legal/CRC units, and vendor teams, develop detailed business requirements, create user training materials, and support testing and full project lifecycle delivery with strong communication skills and proficiency in Office, Balsamiq, Azure DevOps, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing IT projects and writing business requirements.
• Strong self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate with CCS and legal staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Balsamiq, Azure DevOps, and SQL scripting.

Responsibilities

• Define KOALA functionality, requirements, and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary SME for KOALA program operations.
• Coordinate KOALA maintenance and support activities.
• Develop detailed business requirements and system documentation.
• Assist CCS with training materials including screenshots.
• Develop and execute test plans and support UAT.
• Participate in KOALA projects through full lifecycle.
• Build partnerships with internal teams and vendors.
• Fulfill data requests as needed.
