Job summary

VersiTech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own the internal portfolio across departments. This role focuses on governing demand, prioritizing work by evidence, and building a defensible rationale for what gets built and what does not.

You will report to the Senior VP of Technology and work in a hybrid, on-site capacity in Atlanta, GA, with regular presence in the office to understand department workflows and maintain relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or internal consulting.
• Strong ability to govern demand across multiple stakeholders, not only serve it.
• Proven track record of recommending against builds with defensible rationale.
• Experience quantifying process costs and benefits to support funding decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own intake across internal departments and prioritize accordingly.
• Lead quarterly forum to rank requests and manage the backlog.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations, including trade-offs and costs.
• Mentor junior analysts and document systems and processes.
