Job summary

VersiTech, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own the internal portfolio across departments in a hybrid Atlanta role. You will govern demand, run quarterly prioritization, and ensure decisions are defensible with cost and hours‑saved metrics.

You will report to the Senior VP of Technology and mentor junior analysts while ensuring processes are documented and measurable. This role anchors funding discussions and maintains cost transparency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or internal consulting.
• Proven ability to govern demand across multiple stakeholders, not only to serve it.
• Track record of recommending against builds and making that recommendation stick.
• Experience quantifying process cost and benefit credibly enough to support funding decisions.
• Strong stakeholder skills with senior, non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing processes that cross departmental boundaries.
• Excellent written communication, particularly for recommendations that will be challenged.
• Ability to mentor and set standards for other analysts.
• Based in the Atlanta area or willing to relocate, and able to work on site on a regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own intake across all internal departments and manage the quarterly prioritization forum.
• Govern demand with evidence and declining requests when necessary for funding.
• Identify processes worth automating or eliminating across boundaries.
