Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join the Intelligent Automation team in a hybrid Wisconsin work model. You will analyze and document business requirements, partner with stakeholders and technology teams, and translate needs into actionable specifications to drive automation initiatives.

The role covers the full requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, validation, prioritization, and change support, with a focus on process mapping and governance alignment to business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience supporting automation, digital transformation, or process improvement.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with RPA and automation platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for intelligent automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to define clear requirements.
• Support requirements lifecycle including validation, prioritization, and change management.
• Map current-state processes and define future-state processes optimized for automation.
• Develop process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional docs.
• Assist in business cases, impact assessments, and cost-benefit inputs.
• Support testing activities and coordinate user feedback.
• Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and organizational goals.
