Qualifications

• 4 years of working experience in an IT environment as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient with system/application design and end user support.
• Experience in an Agile development environment and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and recommend improvements and/or solutions.
• Develop requirements for process or system solutions spanning multiple domains.
• Document and maintain functional design specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent processes and documentation style.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist with testing and validation.
