Ideal candidates have 4 years of IT BA experience, strong communication, and Agile proficiency. The role emphasizes collaboration with teams, documentation discipline, and system integration with SAP/HANA/Workday platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 4 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst in an information technology environment.
• Experience in an Agile development environment and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and document requirements and specifications; mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into solution designs and deliverables.
• Break down requirements into backlog items for product developers and ensure understanding of each item.
• Maintain and document business processes to ensure traceability and consistency.
• Collaborate with analysts and scrum teams to maintain documentation standards and SDLC compliance.
• Provide functional design specifications for new development and major enhancements.
