Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in IT/Business Analysis role.
• Experience in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and translate requirements into solution designs.
• Develop process and system requirements across multiple domains.
• Create functional designs and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Collaborate with QA to develop test plans and scenarios.
• Support user acceptance testing and production validation.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and support SDLC processes.
