Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in IT, business, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis
• Experience in documenting and improving business processes
• Ability to develop strong relationships across departments
• Strong communication with management, peers, and customers
• Experience creating requirements, use cases, user stories, and functional specs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with Implementation Leads and track project progress, timelines and risks
• Support business case development for new implementations
• Analyze high-impact projects to define objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Elicit, document and validate business requirements and processes
• Create process models, workflow diagrams and visual representations
• Maintain requirements traceability and compliance across PJM orders and standards
• Provide dashboards/templates for decision making and performance metrics
• Lead and mentor BAs and project teams to ensure consistent practices
