Job summary

Aspyra Hr Services is seeking a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to gather and translate business needs into BRDs/FRDs and functional specifications. You will analyze data using SQL, work with GA4/GTM for digital analytics, and collaborate with technology, product, and analytics teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, documentation, UAT support, and ongoing stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

BRD and FRD creation and maintenance.
Strong SQL querying and data analysis to derive insights.
Experience with Google Analytics/GA4 for digital analytics.
Experience with Google Tag Manager for tagging and measurement.
Proficient in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
Experience in business process analysis and documentation.
Ability to write user stories, functional specs and support UAT.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
