Overture Partners is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support complex application modernization initiatives in a large enterprise environment. The role focuses on improving processes, gathering requirements, supporting system design and testing, and coordinating between business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will bridge business needs with technology solutions, document requirements, create use cases, and help translate objectives into practical system changes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional IT experience including business analysis.
• 3+ years in direct Business Analyst roles on large IT projects.
• Experience eliciting and analyzing requirements with business users.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specs and use cases.
• Experience supporting testing (integration, regression, UAT).
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; works with technical/non-technical audiences.
• Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

• Bridge business needs and technology solutions across modernization initiatives.
• Capture current processes, identify gaps, and define requirements.
• Create workflows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements sessions with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Document requirements and related technical materials for development.
• Coordinate testing plans, scenarios, and validation criteria.
• Support integration, regression, and UAT to verify functionality.
• Develop training materials and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with managers, developers, testers, and vendors.
