• Experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for the SIS replacement workstream.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Partner with Finance and Registrar teams to map current and future-state processes.
• Document business, functional, and process requirements and BRDs.
• Create process maps and gap analyses; maintain traceability logs.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation activities as needed.
