Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years with Child Support systems.
• 5+ years with financial operations such as receipts, distribution, disbursements, recoupment, and/or reconciliation.
• 5+ years with workflow design and system enhancement.
• 5+ years conducting Stakeholder Interviews.
• 5+ years with SQL Querying.

Responsibilities

• Work with the State Functional Manager and Business Analysts to identify improvement areas within PACSS and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Analyze existing workflows to uncover inefficiencies and pain points.
• Design optimized workflows for complex processes per SC business requirements.
• Propose enhanced functionality for complex financial activities within PACSS.
• Design self-guiding workflows with guided navigation, tooltips, and contextual assistance for areas like order entry and financial adjustments.
• Design user-friendly features such as step-by-step wizards and automated guidance to reduce training needs.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand SC business processes.
• Collaborate with other Business Analysts to develop test scenarios and assist during testing.
• Participate in functional meetings to review progress, issues, and priorities.
