Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data analysis and data mining using Excel and SQL.
• 5+ years of experience with workflow and process modeling.
• 5+ years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePoint.
• 5+ years of experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Study and learn system capabilities assigned to financial and administrative systems.
• Learn business requirements from Program Area System Owners.
• Prepare and manage project documents and schedules.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communications across the project life cycle.
• Support the project team to complete tasks and monitor progress.
• Create status reports for Finance and Operations and IT.
• Develop test plans and assist with testing and remediation.
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
