Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Finance & Accounting, focusing on Procurement & Supply Chain. You will bridge Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to optimize processes and implement ERP-based solutions.

The role supports day-to-day ops and strategic transformations, reporting to the Director of Finance & Accounting Technologies. You will collaborate on P2P, inventory, and supplier performance, driving improvements, governance, and reporting maturity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar, with procurement/supply chain experience.
• Strong experience with P2P, sourcing, vendor management, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to define requirements.
• Translate requirements into BRDs, process maps, and user stories.
• Lead workshops, gather data, and support UAT and testing activities.
• Support P2P improvements, reporting, and data governance initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and enable data-driven decisions.
