Job summary

PowerGrid Services is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as the primary functional applications partner for Operations, Fleet, Finance, and Sales. You will translate business processes into requirements and support configuration, testing, and adoption of platforms such as D365 F&O, OneStream, Salesforce, Fleetio, Samsara, and Novara-Flex, with advanced Excel analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and reporting platforms and translating processes into requirements.
• Construction or utilities sector experience is preferred.
• Salesforce or Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary BA for application initiatives across departments.
• Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Translate objectives into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design across D365 F&O, OneStream, Salesforce, Fleetio, Samsara, and Novara-Flex.
• Define access, roles, workflows, and reports in each application.
• Document functional requirements and coordinate data mapping and testing.
• Support data governance across fleet, vehicle, project, revenue, and forecasting data.
• Lead cross‑department projects with scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate UAT, regression testing, defect reviews, and release readiness.
• Use advanced Excel for data transformation, modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Ensure clean handoffs and avoid duplicate entries across apps.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance/accounting/operations

4+ years experience in business analysis

Enterprise applications knowledge

Certifications preferred (Salesforce/ Dynamics)
