Job summary

LotusLynx is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and design scalable ERP solutions. You will work across finance and operations, lead workshops, and create comprehensive documentation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BI/IT business analysis, strong SQL/data-analysis skills, and hands-on ERP experience with NetSuite or Dynamics 365. Expect collaboration in Agile teams and emphasis on process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in Business Systems Analysis or IT Business Analysis.
• Strong experience with Accounting/Finance systems; NetSuite ERP preferred.
• Experience with ERP migrations, implementations, or enterprise integrations.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis; strong API/integration knowledge.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, Visio, Lucidchart.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable tech solutions.
• Support ERP initiatives, integrations, and enterprise system enhancements across business and financial operations.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
• Create functional documentation including BRDs, technical specs, workflows, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments including sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
• Support integrations between ERP systems, line of business apps, APIs, external platforms, and data environments.
• Analyze operational data to identify process improvements and inform decisions.
• Partner with QA and business users during UAT and deployment readiness.
• Ensure proper controls, reporting, compliance, and audit support across integrated systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, scalability, and process optimization.

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping activities
• Create functional documentation including business requirements, technical specifications, workflows, process models, and training materials
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in Agile environments including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, testing, and deployment activities
• Support integrations between ERP systems, line of business applications, APIs, external platforms, and data environments
• Analyze operational and business data to identify process improvement opportunities and drive informed decision making
• Partner with QA and business users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment readiness activities
• Ensure proper controls, reporting, compliance, and audit support across integrated business systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, scalability, and process optimization

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, IT Business Analysis, or related technical/business facing roles
• Strong experience supporting Accounting and Finance business systems and processes
• Hands on experience working with NetSuite ERP is highly preferred
• Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting ERP migrations, implementations, or enterprise system integrations
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise application ecosystems
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with reporting/data analysis
• Experience working in Agile environments and methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work cross functionally in fast paced, matrixed environments

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting FP&A systems, financial reporting, or enterprise financial platforms
• Experience within automotive finance, insurance, or related industries
• Experience supporting or integrating StoneEagle and/or PCMI platforms
• Experience leading or supporting large scale ERP transformation initiatives
