Job summary

DHS - Technology for Human Svcs General Admin seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements definition and process design for ePACE, Maryland's statewide procurement and invoicing platform. The role reports to the ePACE Program Lead within the Office of Technology and owns the requirements lifecycle.

Responsibilities include designing workflows, overseeing UAT, and converting data into executive-ready analyses to support timely service delivery across Maryland's 24 jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of problem analysis and user support for agency or statewide systems on mainframe or large client server platforms.
• 1 year of experience gathering, documenting, and managing business or system requirements for software implementation.
• 1 year of experience supporting procurement, e-procurement, ERP, or financial management systems such as OpenGov.
• 1 year of experience performing data analysis using spreadsheet software or issue-tracking systems like Jira.
• 1 year of experience coordinating or conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
