Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Preferred).
• 2+ years business analysis experience (Preferred).
• Construction or engineering industry experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes the project’s business requirements for multiple teams.
• Evaluates data from tasks, processes, surveys, and workshops.
• Prepares requirement specifications and user interface guides.
• Communicates with clients and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
