• Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with business units in training program delivery.
• Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into applications.
• Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for process redesign.
• Formulate and update departmental policies and procedures.
• Serve as SME on assigned function product to ensure operational performance.
