Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join the Business Management team.

The role focuses on Dual Contract onboarding, servicing, reporting, and supporting operational processes across multiple internal partners. You will manage recurring processes, analyze data for insights, strengthen controls, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Governance, Finance, and Technology to drive initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to reconcile data and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and governance controls.
• Proven aptitude for learning and adapting to new systems with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding of dual contracts and manage account records.
• Ensure accurate setup, maintenance, and servicing of wrap/program accounts.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly ad-hoc deliverables.
• Provide governance-related reporting and process support.
• Maintain documents in Liferay and support major initiatives.
