Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a Sr Business Analyst to support Dual Contract onboarding, reporting, and operations within the Business Management team. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Governance, Compliance, Finance, BI, Technology, and other internal teams to deliver insights, improve processes, and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across lines and levels.
• Ability to reconcile data, identify discrepancies, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and governance controls.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day onboarding of dual contracts: gather instructions, assess impact, communicate requirements, track records.
• Ensure setup, maintenance, support, reconciliation, and servicing of wrap/program accounts with compliance.
• Backup for onboarding Sub Advised and Institutional Separate Accounts; assist with monthly/quarterly deliverables.
• Obtain monthly model delivery data from sponsor firms, portals, Finance, and relationship managers.
• Standardize and transform data from multiple sources for loading into reporting systems.
• Support governance activities through reporting, documentation, and coordination.
• Administer, govern, and maintain documents within Liferay; support special projects and initiatives.
• Work across teams to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
