Job summary

Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies (DNI/ET) is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to support Air Force programs, providing advisory services for cybersecurity, network operations, and IT/OT system administration. The role requires coordination between technical teams, program leadership, and stakeholders.

The candidate should hold a PMP or be within 30 days of hire, have a secret clearance or interim clearance, and be willing to work on-site at Tinker AFB, OK.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Active secret clearance or ability to obtain interim-secret clearance.
• Ability to work on-site full-time at Tinker AFB, OK.
• Demonstrated experience supporting government or large-scale technical contracts.
• Experience creating and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to prepare and deliver concise, professional briefings to senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and operational environments.
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Resourceful problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide Advisory & Assistance Services for cybersecurity, network operations, and system administration within IDM/DSS boundary.
• Support enterprise IT operations, contract execution, requirements management, and organizational change initiatives.
• Serve as a key liaison between technical teams, program leadership and stakeholders.
