Job summary

Insight Global in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Business Analyst onsite to support the Enterprise E-Delivery (EEP) program, transitioning letters and forms from paper to digital delivery.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements that drive successful implementation and long-term value delivery. This role serves as a liaison, guiding the SDLC and facilitating workshops for multi-year solutions.

Qualifications

• 7 years of BA experience with gathering, eliciting, and documenting requirements.
• Experience with agile and waterfall frameworks.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation for EEP initiatives and document current and future state processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and validation sessions for complete requirement capture.
• Translate business needs into user stories, flows, and specifications.
• Map document fields and data elements to support digital transformation efforts.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable, high-value solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to manage scope and changes.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint participation.
• Conduct validation and testing support to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote BA best practices and standards.
