Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• CBAP or related specialization is a plus.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with higher management to collect functional and non-functional requirements.
• Gather and evaluate information from multiple sources to inform decisions.
• Map current processes with flowcharts to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Bridge gaps between Development and Business teams to ensure alignment of requirements.
• Create training materials and user manuals to aid adoption of new procedures or systems.
