Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Map current business processes using flowcharts/diagrams to visualize task execution and identify bottlenecks.
• Bridge the gap between Development and Business teams to ensure alignment with needs.
• Create training materials and lead staff training sessions for new procedures or systems.
• Identify development opportunities and help the project anticipate potential challenges.
• Address potential problems proactively to smooth implementations.
• Help prevent scope creep and keep projects on schedule and budget.
